    Don’t apologize to people over little things, like being late or using too much of their time. Instead, thank them. Ex: instead of, “I’m sorry I’m such a mess”, say, “Thank you for being patient with me and supporting me.” It will make both you and the other person feel better than the alternative.

    There’s not. I just don’t talk about my problems with my family, they just don’t understand me and I can’t fix them. So I just stand still in silence with everyone including “myself”

      Dude, don’t bring your negativity into other people’s threads. It’s bad enough in your own posts.

      You should be reading the replies and heeding the advice here. It would, honestly, help you.
