With all of these platforms, your privacy = how much you share on them. You share sensitive information on any social media (corpo or federated) and expect it to be private.

Honestly privacy and social media don’t make sense together at all. With all of these platforms, your privacy = how much you share on them. You share sensitive information on any social media (corpo or federated) and expect it to be private.
Privacy is not only anonymity.
It also includes things like security and built in surveillance capitalism tools.
That’s what happens when you half ass your work.
