        The class of people who are rent-seeking on the tenant-class. It’s actually not that hard.

        You’re right. “Extortion” would fit the bill better.

          So “the landlord class” is Joe Schmoe inheriting his parents house in bad condition and struggles to pay the taxes… and also the billionaire with a huge portfolio? And everything in-between?
