My only thought is there’s an Amazon fulfillment centre there for Calgary and area, but like, Calgary is still one hell of a random Canadian place to put you.

As someone from near by to Balzac, that is one hell of an abscure place to put you. I think theres exactly 10 people that live there and there’s some giant malls. That’s about it.
I just looked on wiki and it says population 1 person.
It defaults to master if your account existed before the change I believe.
At least I had to manually change it.
That’s… Not actually a reasonse to what was said?
Sure, that’s all fine and dandy. But it doesn’t change the point that was being made.
The election happened. Here and now, Russia and China tracking me is no different than the US. They’re all authoritarian governments hell bent on stripping rights away.
Now I’m not the same person you replied to. I’m in Canada, so I’m weary of all of them. But if I was in the states, I’d RATHER give my data to an advisory that won’t do much with it. As apposed to the current government hellbent on making life for me and my trans siblings as hard and difficult as possible.
Yes, but reading the page tells you they’ve gotten google to open-source PebbleOS and highly suggests they’re either going to maintain the open source version, or otherwise fork the code.
Just admit your not accepting proof.
You took someone’s proof, and just stuck your head in the sand without actually addressing anything.
That’s what makes this bad faith. It has nothing to do with smarts.
But thata exactly the point. Your not willing to accept any proof. So why should someone bother?
It’s bad faith arguing.
I know exactly what proof it’d take to convince me the world is flat. And it’s a simple explanation for all current observable effects.
No one has yet.
So asking for proof, AND setting the bar of that I’d accept is part of the burden of proof.
It’s also a bad faith question to prove someone’s thoughts.
Let me ask you this, what proof would you accept?
Not the person your arguing with.
Let’s not blame fellow workers for doing what they need to survive. Big tech companies are exploitive by nature, espcially H1B visas are basically indebted servitude at this point.
This is about class, not left vs right.
That’s not how fractions and math work though.
Okay but like, you also realize gas fees for transactions can get stupid expensive right? Banks don’t have variable rates.
That’s what they said about bitcoin, and there’s still nothing useful at any kind of scale outside of scams.
That’s not what Planck length is. It’s the minimum resolvable accuracy not measurement. Meaning we can’t prove something was somewhere specific beyond the Planck length. Not that it’s the building size of the universe.
it is a common misconception that it is the inherent “pixel size” or smallest possible length of the universe.[1] If a length smaller than this is used in any measurement, then it has a chance of being wrong due to quantum uncertainty
If you want my credentials, the second book is deriving the hydrogen atom.
Being continuous is not actually a requirement of being real.
That’s not what I said?
They’re “stable” energy states. That’s all.
A real number is the set of both rational and irrational numbers. Nothing about continuous anything.
They don’t make “discrete jumps” as in teleportation. They exist stable in discrete energy levels, but that doesn’t imply things don’t move continuously.
Mmmmmm don’t know about that.
The Planck length is the minimum resolvable accuracy of the universe. That doesn’t mean it’s a building block like the electron is.
But again, how is that any different to me, as a Canadian, than an American social media company?
All of that is still true.
All the US companies have kissed the ring and are bowing to facsim.
Western social media still has its own agenda. And it’s not human Rights either.
