I have a x1 carbon gen 9. Be very careful with the USB-C ports. I leave mine on my desk and my hub kept cutting in and out while using it and its gotten worse over time. I’ve seen others with similar issues and it seems like the fix is to solder on a new port. Its a work laptop so I just deal with it.

This happens on my Pixel as well. I forget which launcher I use but I keep the icon on my homescreen so I can just hold it to get the app info and force stop it.

If the lemmy devs implemented AI I’d assume it would be controllable by the instance maintainers. Instances that dont want it should be able to disable it. If thats not an option I’m sure someone would fork it and remove all the AI stuff.

I use a pixel from the google store on google fi and had no issues flashing new roms, Cellular worked fine with lineage and graphene on my 6a.

I just switched my gaming computer over to Nobara yesterday and got all of my gog and non DRM games running in Lutris very easily. Two I had issues with were Warframe and the Plutonium launcher, Both ended up having lutris setup scripts that fixed my problem. Also wine/proton is not emulation so it does not have the same overhead, It will use your full GPU as windows would.
