I’ve had good luck controlling it on my scalp with this stuff:

No flare ups in a long time since I started using it

good point, but don’t you worry, they’ll keep raising the retirement age to stop lazy moochers like this from just sitting around when they could be generating revenue!

ah, that’s sad. the original 2 were wonderful.
Sure, but by making that decision George also had to accept he can’t install the latest version of Chrome. Maybe George is ok with that, but OP isn’t.

sorry I can’t fight right now, I had to sell my sword to pay rent
Based on things I own, cycling leggings and motorcycle pants both tend to have wind proof, water proof front panels and at least some breathable rear panels to allow for, as you mentioned, getting rid of moisture.
And last time I bought cycling shorts, basically the top part of leggings I suppose, the more expensive ones were made from more panels allowing them to fit and flex better.

yeah, what would have been an immediate purchase is now on hold until it’s fixed (highly unlikely), really cheap, or I play it on some future console.
they know the performance profile of the devices they’re building for, so why not just build the game appropriately, even if it means cutting back on some features? an action RPG where the fps drops into the 20s during fights is definitely disappointing.
I enjoyed the first one. A fair amount of the quests required revisiting previous areas, little annoyances like enemy health would reset if you got too far from them, but otherwise a fun game.
Even if it’s not explicitly passed on to the customer, prices increase to cover those fees. We had $7500 of tree felling and fire mitigation work done a few years ago. Assuming the fee is 3%, no reason for either party to pay $225 for the convenience of using a card when a check works fine.
Depends where you are looking. I live slightly out of town, and the subdivision HOA does little more than road maintenance and snow plowing (so the HOA owns a plow truck and a tractor), trash service, maintenance of communal areas.
A nearby subdivision has no HOA and it must be a pain working out who’s responsible for maintaining or snow plowing sections of road, with the answer from everyone probably being “not me”, and everything is a mess.
You’re a series of tubes!
