I got my first one at last. I’m in the cool kids’ club now.
There is no misidentifying a commercial jet. If one is shot down, it’s either planned or a missile miss it “accidentally” (flight paths too close, missile imprecise, other errors like that).
Should. Plenty of websites blatantly ignore the legislation.
Does it just disable them or does it click on decline first?
Firefox, naturally. The personal info stuff is still unfolding and being clarified. Will switch to Librefox or Waterfox if stuff gets bad.
Green button good, red button bad.
I wasn’t that hungry anyway.
Maybe autocorrection on “Authentik”.
Cookie dismisser extension, bitwarden for passwords and 2FA codes, uBlock origin for annoying popups that can’t be removed with DNS blocker directly.
There are ways to reduce the pain somewhat, but they shouldn’t be necessary in first place.
(Well, hoomans and passwords are an issue that can’t be solved easily, but the push for passkeys has been a nice nudge in a more secure and more usable alternative.)
I recently had my first experience dealing with an American style self checkout in Germany. That is, one of those self checkouts with the scales that you have to move your items between.
Absolute moronic. At every other store the self checkout doesn’t implicitly accuse me of being a thief. Oopsie daisy, guess I’m never going to that store again. It has too much sensory overload anyway.
The only ones I’ve driven will not shift when you kick the gas pedal down, precisely to let you accelerate faster.
Well you better start wearing one now.
Just curious, what kind of terrain did you encounter that seem to cause such issues with wrongly shifting gears?
Eh, automatic cars will let you go into “manual” mode in which you tell it when to switch the gears. Mildly useful for steep hills to stop it from switching back and forth in some rare scenarios.
The original band coming back for one more single.
Beware that Gitea has some drama going on. Forgejo is a Gitea fork that’s a drop-in replacement (literally just change the image name in the docker compose file) and has a much nicer theme at that!
Yes, but Macron tried to explain to him that taking these funds is illegal.
Make love not war?
