Just spit balling here. Maybe put your sensor in a ziplock or vacuum seal it and then put that inside your 3D printed box that way you get all the security without the jank look.
Thanks! For some reason they wanted to write an article about this and then… Just not include the photo.
Unfortunately it no longer has the chrome OS and is running OpenSUSE Tumbleweed instead but I was able to get a design cut using my phone today. My old tablet refused to connect to the cutter, I think it might be too old.
Thanks for the tips and the link!

Thanks for the heads-up. I don’t use the Cricut all the time so an old tablet will probably do fine but I’ll also look into how to spin up VMs for things like this. Although I doubt my chrultrabook will be able to run windows due to its anemic specs.
Should be able to find official invites on the invite forums of other private trackers, however they may be inactive when you first find them. I had to wait a few months for an inactive thread I found to begin offering invites again.
Hi, it’s me. I’m one of those people. Currently test driving OpenSUSE Tumbleweed in KDE Plasma on an old Chromebook. Liking Linux well enough so far, and i have no special fondness for windows. Just need to find/learn Linux alternatives or work arounds for a few key things, like Cricut and SketchUp. Then I feel like I could easily switch over my main machine and never look back.
They were $1 million a pop last time around. But I’m sure that has gone up too, inflation ya know?
Seedboxes are great, and I can’t recommend Whatbox.ca enough. I’ve been with them for almost a decade and they have excellent documentation and support. I think I pay 15 bucks a month for 4tb storage and use it as a seed box first and foremost, a media server via Jellyfin and the arr suites, and a VPN with OpenVPN. To really get the most of it though you’ll need to be comfortable connecting to your server using ssh. Which is a command line environment, but it’s not too intimidating because of the excellent documentation that guides you step by step.
Who the hell is still watching cam rips?
Absolute poetry.
Finally.
I wonder if the recent news stories about “Lavender” and Israel’s grotesquely high acceptable civilian casualty rates had any bearing on this seeming shift in policy.
Of course they cheated on a take home exam. If you ain’t cheating, you ain’t trying.
Proctor your exams if you don’t want them to be able to utilize any of the resources at their disposal. Making them do it again in front of you sounds like bullshit imo, but I am certainly not an academic.
You don’t really get your file in any particular order when you torrent. So I’m pretty sure this isn’t possible.
Thank you for the extra info! Im going to start researching more about how to actually use my slicer and tune those profiles.
Thank you for the detailed explanation! I actually was unaware that Cura was doing that much work in the background, it’s still just a magic math box that spits out gcode in my mind. I’ll start learning more about my slicer instead of endlessly scrolling thingiverse. Thanks again!
Hell yeah, science!
