Praise the goat!
It’s simple, yet breaks my brain in the weirdest of ways. I like it.
Wake up babe, new goat just dropped!
(Love it, keep it up!)
Thank you! :) I feel like drawing with (large pieces of) charcoal is teaching me a lot about composition and contrasting elements so it’s nice to see this reflected in your kind words!
I love the faint rays of light coming from the surface, for some reason they are the first thing that caught my attention. Which is weird, because there’s so much great stuff going in this drawing! Kudos!
Photoshop with self-made brushes based on charcoal on paper!
Awesome stuff, I really love this! The lightning is just *chef’s kiss
Great game, had completely forgotten about the underwater parts.
Thanks! It’s A4, charcoal on paper. I guess it shows that the late 90s / early 00s were my formative years 😅
Great studies, I love how you went with a slightly different approach with each of them!
I did, thank you! I’ve got my own website which lags behind on current work, but there you’ll find links to my socials. I usually go by the same handle as here.
Oh wow, you freehanding it makes it all the more impressive. Definitely adds to the organic feel!
Amazing work, I’m thoroughly impressed by the precision of your strokes and love how it feels both organic and rigidly structured at the same time!
Beautiful work, I really like your style!
Great lightning!
Thank you! It’s digital, using Photoshop brushes based on charcoal on paper.
Thanks! Charcoal on paper with some smudging by hand.
Lovely work! It looks so simple, in a way, yet it feels like you’ve perfectly captured the scene. Love it. What sort of pen are you using?
Amazing work and cute subject matter! Also hats off for all that stippling work, I always love seeing it but utterly lack the patience.
It’s painted in Photoshop with custom brushes :)
