Maybe I’m wrong, but I think it will just be cycles (assuming we all survive long enough). I’m in an industry where the large companies are imploding and smaller companies are starting to shine again, eventually those companies will likely become big as well and implode.
Old printers on ebay are going to be the new game, until we start seeing kickstarter flooded with new printer companies.
I think this would be a good start, finding an activity that allows for silence. I hate trying to socialize at bars, it’s just not natural for me. Playing board games with strangers is one of the things that helped me out.
It can still be introversion. I think because it’s a performance. There is no spontaneity in the lyrics, it’s rehearsed. It sort of feigns interaction, in the sense that other people are involved, but there is not the same engagement of conversation. Many comedians, actors and musicians are introverted. Once they are off the stage, they shut down.
Mine is similar, but said by Plato. ”Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools because they have to say something”
Correct. It does not funnel all the conversation into the same post, which is probably most people’s preference.
I think the uphill battle here is that a good amount of the active users on lemmy are probably very tech savvy. The percentage of us who aren’t, are doing it wrong in their eyes.
without knowing which is which if you go the main path, it will make it so you can’t get the collectable without replaying the whole level again
I think I will skip it. I am not much of a fan of games artificially padding the runtime of the game this way. The artwork looks fun, but it doesn’t sound like the game is fully put together.
Pankapu looks interesting. Please let us know your thoughts once you’re finished.
I think many people ended up just using the pause menu grid as well.
It really isn’t as big of an issue in the large scheme. As others pointed out the instance Admins can give you control. I myself have taken two that were abandoned. Maybe having this information front and center may help with awareness. I didn’t know it was even an option until someone told me. I was stuck in my reddit ways and assumed I needed to start a new community.
Oh yeah, though I am glad he put effort into it, given how controversial this Nintendo lawsuit has gotten. It’s helped put it into perspective for me.
I blocked a lot of news communities, because it was just consuming my feed, so I also missed when this happened.
Isn’t that kind of how I ended my whole comment?
Using askjeeves was probably one of my earliest memories.
This was really revealing. I didn’t know Palworld was now Sony’s. It basically now makes this Nintendo Vs Sony.
I think you’re forgetting the thing that is also stopping me from doing a lot of random ideas myself. It’s an extra thing to carry.
I often think “man it would be great to use my sp again”, but I can just emulate on delta on my iPhone. It’s the reason I don’t have the PlayDate and why I also don’t have a dumbphone connected to my iPhone even though I’ve thought about it as well. People want to reduce instead of adding more. It’s the reason it still drives me crazy I have 5 remotes for my TV. People just prefer to get a device that can do the most. Hell my parents in their older age are now to the point they don’t care about PCs anymore, they just have a tablet they can add a keyboard to if they want.
All this is not to say this shouldn’t exist. But if it does I really do hope they take full advantage of the setup and do try to innovate and make creative games that would only exist there.
The endless button mash games are not my favorite, but I want to play all Zelda games. I had trouble getting through the first warriors game and for sure did not bother unlocking all the extra characters.
Do we have a percentage of people who visit reddit on a computer vs phone? I assumed by now most of them used a phone, so those same people would keep using phone apps.
That intro for Daredevil coming in swinging and landing on the fire escape was really rough, you can tell it was a reshoot. Outside of that I loved this first episode.
