1 year agoAddiction is a symptom not a root issue. If the context of someone’s addiction is escapism then this theoretically will just push them to another potentially more harmful method.

I believe the culture war junk is part of distract and divide tactics. ‘hey parents don’t worry about all the bloodshed from neoliberal policies, your kids are summoning demons!’
