Every time he put a quarter in something I chuckled. Except nowadays it would all be subscription based with forced auto renew.

I like this scatter plot. If you really want to get freaky with it, you should take into account the “protein digestibility-corrected amino acid scores.” Things like eggs and whey are 100%, beans are usually in the high 70’s, and peanuts are actually down at near 50%.
So for nutrition’s sake, not all protein sources are created equal, and it makes sense that if you are trying to get adequate protein at the lowest price, you also want to get sources where you can eat the least of it to satisfy the protein requirements of your body.
Once you can lift over 100, you reach enlightenment and never miss the hole.
My thoughts exactly. 4 years of a democratic president (and Joe Manchin + Kyrsten Sinema being sticks in the mud) got the blue line to where it is now. That doesn’t mean it stays there forever. Another 4 years of a democratic executive and legislative branch will get us much closer to that yellow line.
We have to keep pushing forward and prevent the country from doing significant environmental backsliding like it did in 2016-2020.
Sure you don’t need 5 min, but you could use 5 to talk about all the shadiness and still not cover it all.
The guys at Pod Save America/The World seem to each have their own individual that gets under their skin more than most. Pieffer has/had Paul Ryan, Lovett has Rubio, and Rhodes has Kushner.
Whenever his name is brought up on those pods, it’s a 50/50 shot whether Rhodes or Vietor go on a 5 minute rant roasting Kushner and just how slimy he’s been.
I watch TheRealJims. He has a fun series where he dives deep into the stories of smaller Simpsons characters (Cletus, Lindsay Neagle, Mr. Teeny, etc)
It is! Stacey King had gotten some notoriety from his catchphrases over the last decade. The play by play is Adam Amin and he’s done national broadcasts for other things like football and baseball, but is from Chicago and knows the team and fan base well.
Bulls are consistently high quality. Decent analysis, great chemistry, and always entertaining.
His paintings can evoke such a mood. Even a simple coffee on a table evokes those little transitional moments of the stillness in life.
“Bam! I’m Dick Tracy! Take that, Prune Face! Now I’m Prune Face! Bam! Take that, Dick Tracy! Now I’m Prune Tracy! Take that, Dick F…”
This one had so many great quotes.
“He’s gradually getting away chief…” “Let him go, I have the feeling we’ll meet again, each and every week”
Or
“Daddy when I grow up, I want to be just like you.” “Better start eating, kid”

Homer, that hat’s been with the station for 20 years; he had one more day until retirement!
Based on that 195x10 it SHOULD be somewhere in the 250’s. However I’m discovering a psychological roadblock to lifting heavy weights that I’m trying to overcome. As of right now the best I’ve successfully done is 225, so I’m trying to get my brain comfortable repping out weights that start with a 2 and then trying again.
Benched 195 for 10 reps. Growing up, crossing the 200 lb bench was basically my peak achievement. Now, 2 kids and a job later, I’m repping the same weight like it’s no big deal
Wouldn’t that be funny if he just ditches his son now.
