Global warming, pollution, biosphere health, even wealth distribution. Which one has improved in the last 80 years? We try to improve and focus on unimportant bullshit while we literally let the world burn around us

We’re ignoring civil rights so you can make your point that nothing has improved right? Or can I only pick from your list?

We’re doing gift giving later man, I got time to mess with you today :)

Hey I convinced someone that civil rights was important! I’ll take my gold star for the day :)

See how I move the needle?

When famine strikes, aren’t you gonna be so happy our society is set up the way it is because the “needle” is moved far from where you want it to be

If (not when, defeatist) it is, it won’t be because of my defeatist attitude. If I go down, I go down fighting. You go down whining. Maybe you should be part of the solution?

Right, cause your attitude will fix everything. Hope will save the day. You sound like you think life is a movie, reality is right around the corner and nature is not too kind to people who think they are above it

I think hard work gets us there, not bitching and complaining. Children like you motivate me to make the world better for everyone, and I put my money where my mouth is. And I’m damn good at what I do.

As for the rest of whatever you said, I don’t understand the relevance, but I’m sure it’s designed to make people feel like they can’t have an impact, and that doom is inevitable.

Doom is the path we have laid. You reap what you sow. Until we get off the path of doom, I’m gonna keep talking about trying to get us out of it. Seems you have plans to fix the world. I wish you the best of luck :)
