To find out what rules he broke for each guilty verdict, search “trump rule 34”

I can dream. I guess there’s some consolation to his mind slowly becoming his prison. If anyone deserves dementia, it’s this traitor

I happened to be in my mother’s house when she called me to look at it live and there was zero mention on CNN of whether or not he would serve time over it. Sentencing in July.

Anyone know likelihood of jail time?

Slim chance. It’s his first offence (first conviction anyway) and a non violent crime. Can’t see the judge jailing him, especially given the logistics involved with the Secret Service having to protect him.

Cohen served time for this exact same crime in the exact same state. I think he was sentenced to 3 years and did 1.5 due to covid early release. That was also his first felony.

It’s fully possible he gets jail time.

When the GOP sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are convicted felons.

I’m googling “Trump rule 34” but can’t find anything related to his trial. Can you link some relevant article?

So at what point does he lose the right to vote? Is it when he is found guilty of a felony, or does it happen at sentencing?

Supposedly in NY State, he has to be a convicted felon and be in prison to be disallowed to vote.

I believe there are some rapists and pedophiles in elected office in the USA. But based on statistical probability, not specific evidence.

I’d read it, but I’m skeptical that you have reliable evidence.

Im glad your the 1 in a million to actually be open the the idea, but to be fair, they aren’t just going to out themselves as pedophiles, especially when they’ve been shown time and time again to investigate themselves and find nothing wrong

So we have to assume based on their actions instead of their words. The 2 biggest examples i can think of off the top of my head are are the subway guy, and them hosting csam

you remember the guy from subway, there’s no reason why it should take the FBI almost 5 years after being given hundreds of pieces of extremely incriminating evidence (videos, voice recording, etc) to arrest him, its as if they purposely pushed it back as long as they could. Also, The US hosts more CSAM than any other country in the world, making up about a third of all the global CSAM out there, and one can only wonder, is hosing cp really the best way to “catch” predators? Especially after seeing how reluctant they were for the subway guy.
