I used to dread the winter and love those early spring days because they meant gradual warmth was coming. Now those spring days are just harbingers of the intense heat that’s coming. And it only takes a day or so to heat up. Pretty wild.

This summer could be one of the least smokey summers of the rest of my life… yay increasing risk of wildfires… sorry Northern US, we had a warmer winter than the year before so it’s likely gonna be lit again this summer.

That’s fair! I’m probably going to be adding quite a bit more this year, I have a whole pig to smoke throughout the spring and summer this time.
