I would be inclined to argue that indirectly onions are made of soil and therefore are the same.
I don’t get it.
Soil has layers, as in clay, sand, gravel, humus, etc.
Onions have layers, as in flesh on top of each other.
Obviously, they’re not the same.
Instructions unclear, performed a Cone Penetration Test on an onion.
