Problematic? Absolutely. He’s a solid Progressive Conservative, in the mold of Joe Clark and Robert Stanfield. He’s a banker, and sees continual financial growth as essential to society.
But he also knows that the way forward for our nation is to diversify our trading partners, so we can cut off the ones that don’t help us.
Nothing.
Actually, that’s not true. The performative removal of the consumer carbon tax might end up being the wedge that gives the Liberals the next election.
Kilometres.
A meter is a device, a metre is a unit of length.
I did some digging.
ERG National Research lists Jocelyne McFarquhar as Director. At the same address, ElectRight is Directed by Brett Harry McFarquhar. There are also three numbered companies at that address, one led by Brett, and by Nillambaran Ganenthiran.
ElectRight.ca is an election marketing company. “We get people electes. The RIGHT way!” Reading through, they talk about their live team of cold-call operators who find potential votors and collate that information for their customer/candidate.
Seems pretty close to illegal.
Typical Ford. He only understands bullying and brutality, just like his (former?) BFF Trump. In other wirds, a dumb, nasty piece of work.
I think that as angry as Canadians have been and maybe still are, we’re less interested in retaliating and far more interested in defending ourselves while we move on from the US.
These people have the same mental capacity for critical thinking and reason as Sovereign Citizens.
Now that you mention it…
No, not really. It had never occurred to me before, and as I hear them in my head right now, they’re just not that similar.
But that’s me.
Sorry, but the ‘why’ and ‘what’ of these boards is fascinating. What are they from?
The actual work belongs here though.
No he doesn’t.
The only ‘big plans’ he has for the arts, like education, is to burn it all down.
Stop giving him credit for just ‘being different’ instead of being a Nazi psychopath.
Don’t even bother reporting this drivel.
Pity. The more vote splitting on the extreme right, the getyer.
Sooner or later, all protests in the US will turn into this kind of protest. I suspect quite soon.
She’s 100% Calgary Oil Baron
She’s not even that much.
She’s 100% “Alberta will be the 51st state.” And always has been.
Smith hasn’t been willing to have a ‘serious adult conversation’ in her life. She’s a western separatist, anti-vaxx, transphobic conspiracy theorist. She makes Pierre Poilievre look mature and responsible.
And I’ll say it again, just to be clear: She is a western separatist.
She is not 100% Canadian. She’s a traitor to the country in every possible way.
Please don’t. Help us get her out instead.
A proper headline would be “Premier Smith has another whiny little O&G hissy fit, admits she’s been a separatist all along.”
Fucking Nazi scumbag is destroying our province faster than ever, and the rural vote keeps supporting her because “fuck them trans weirdos.”
I have some sympathy for the hard left in the US right now, because how they’re being treated by the rest of the world is how Alberta as a whole is being treated by the rest of Canada.
Maybe it’s justified, I don’t know anymore. Smith should be charged with High Treason when she comes back from Florida at the end of this month, but instead our American-owned media will fawn over her for ‘decisive leadership’ and ‘putting Alberta first.’
We’re trying folks, we’re trying in Alberta to stop her.
Rule #1: companies have no ethics. Ever.
The only way Amazon will change is if it costs them more than it makes them.
The answer is to boycott them. Cancel your Prime subscription. Find other retailers, or do without. And do NOT go back as soon as they capitulate.
Companies need to understand that shitty behaviour will lose them customers for life.
