Nah our hands make much better foot substitutes than our feet do hands substitutes. Walking on your hands is way easier than trying to paint a masterpiece or code for hours with your feet!

Asexual people don’t exist in MAGALand, silly!
“Walking and mobility aid devices only”, perhaps?
Fascists have no culture of their own except violence, they have to steal everyone else’s.
Not a fire performer, but an aerialist - I love circus arts but some people just should not do it. Not because they suck, or they’ve got the “wrong body” or whatever other bs, but just because they completely eschew anything safety related.
The number of people who assume they can just pop a hookup in their drywall ceiling, maybe checking for a joist first, and then hang a lyra from it and try to do drops or high speed spins on it is staggering. Or, like, hanging silks from a random tree branch. Or doing anything more than 3-4 feet in the air without a crash mat under them. Or trying to teach themselves from fucking tiktok videos. Please, please just stop. You’re going to hurt yourself, and in the process you’re also going to make everyone else’s insurance rates skyrocket. Hate it so much.
Ah, everyone’s favorite game: is this person playing Krieg IG because they like the aesthetic, or because they "like the aesthetic"?
I am just, constantly in awe of how toxic the fiber arts community can be
Like friends
We are making lovely comfort items, random decor, stuffies and just like, silly shit WHY ARE YOU SCREECHING AT ONE ANOTHER
Hence me going to exactly 1 stitch n bitch ever and then quietly doing crochet in my house forever more
That’s a different song, though equally inaccurate as it was by the Presidents of the United States of America who did, in fact, “make it”.
Everything from the waist down just clenched up in horror, thanks
Just a humble midwestern tea snob 😆
My mom was into True Blood for a little bit when it first came out, probably because she was trying to fill a Buffy-shaped hole in her entertainment and TB was close enough, lol. She bought me the first novel for Christmas one year and I very quickly donated it, it was so fucking bad. She asked me if she could borrow it, got mad when I told her I’d donated it already, and then sad when I told her it would ruin her enjoyment of the show by being complete and utter trash xD
Oh, interesting! I may have to give the series a shot, then - I pretty much hate-read the books, hoping at first that he would get better and then later hoping that someone would just fucking kill him lol
Depends entirely on the tea, but, if black: at home it’s usually hot, with a half to a full teaspoon of raw sugar and a splash of milk. At work it’s usually just hot and straight, no sugar or milk. If green: hot, sometimes honey and lemon, usually just straight. If herbal: hot or chilled depending on the temp outside, no sugar if hot, a bit of sugar if chilled.
I drink a lot of fuckin tea.
Weed card, it’s what I need! Hardly ever - okay, always. But it’s not an addiction, cause myyyy doctor gave meeeee, a prescription!
-Weed Card, Garfunkel and Oates
Opposite - one of the girls got swapped into the professor’s body and couldn’t use his hands because she didn’t know how fingers worked.
I just want you to know that this comment made me legit belly laugh so loud I scared my pets. A quip worthy of a king’s Wit!
Creative entrepreneur. Center screen is for whatever I’m currently working on, be that product design, our website, emailing clients or suppliers, research, whatever. Right screen will have relevant reference material for whatever is on the center screen. Left screen is for music controls/discord, but it’s also a drawing tablet for any time I need to drop the mouse and start hand-drawing for design work, at which point the music and chat move to the right screen.
Arts education (which I mean to encompass not just visual art but also literature, plays, music, etc) is important because without it you get idiots with no media literacy. An arts degree, specifically, may not be important or beneficial for the average person, but classes in which one must think critically about the creator, the creator’s intent, the context in which the art was created, and the reception of the art are how you teach people to be well-rounded individuals who don’t just vomit out the first half-baked thought their curdled brain cobbled together from propaganda.
That’s not what Helldivers has taught me!
To your first point: the person could be wearing a mask because they see immunocompromised in some way, which would be a protected class (disability). You can’t refuse to serve someone because they’re disabled and wearing a mask as medical equipment to supplement their ability to move about in crowds, just like you can’t refuse to serve a person because they’re disabled and using a wheelchair as medical equipment to supplement their ability to move around in crowds. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.
