Don’t have any data to back it up, but I’ve been using Photoshop for 25+ years, and got the clear impression that this was 100% part of marketing; from what I gathered from friends back then, pirating Photoshop was so astonishingly simple that it seemed deliberate. If you’ve got the software that’s the easiest to get hold of for kids and students, that’s what they grow up with, that’s what they know, that’s what they expect to have access to in future employment situations.
Now that they’ve managed to pull off Subscriptions (and consequently fucking us all over by making it a legitimate business model, which instantly spread to, what, +60% of all paid software?), I’m sure they’ve calculated that the higher bar for gaining access to their software is more than adequately offset by the readings on the yard stick in their Scrooge McDuck money vault building(s).
And still, nobody has managed to make something that can replace their bloated, shitty software for professional users.
First one doesn’t work without the comma, I think you meant “Stop killing games”.
🎵 just a n00b like some of us 🎵
A complete collection of QI episodes, and I’d be able to watch a fraction of them 😊
Thanks! I misunderstood completely, thought you were downloading from Spotify and uploading to YouTube 😅
Genuine question: Spotify TO YouTube? I’m trying hard and not coming up with a use-case 🤔
Or is it just “Spotify or YouTube”?

I think you must be unaware of the fact that Ylvis (consisting of Norwegian brothers Vegard and Bård Ylvisåker) is a comedy duo.
“The Fox (What Does The Fox Say?)” was a musical sketch from their comedic Norwegian talkshow (Tonight with Ylvis, 2011–2016) that just happened to go viral. Very viral.
Seen in the proper context, The Fox is pure comedic genius. And it’s a parody. Saying that it’s ‘cringe’ negates the fact that it is meant to be ‘cringe’.
Both brothers are talented musicians and songwriters, who just happened to have been led astray by the dark forces of comedy. It’s happened before.
Don’t believe me? Try some of their other songs:
Trucker’s Hitch (country/dance)
Stonehenge (power ballad)
The Cabin (funk)
Massachusetts (musical?)
Someone Like Me (musical/dubstep)
Along with Fuckingfascists and Genocidejoe, Fuckingcapitalists seems to be quite the catchphrase for you.
While fascism is (nauseatingly) on the rise seemingly everywhere, and capitalism is fucking most of us over, I’m not quite sure if the genocide thing refers to the US support of Israel, or something else.
Either way, is this single-word rampage really accomplishing anything? Those three words are almost exclusively (or at least to a high degree) what you post in any given comment.
At the very least, could you not save a pre-formatted linked snippet for each word that you could link to an article or blog post giving your position some context, maybe inform some people who don’t have all the facts?
Yes, fascism and fascists suck. Yes, rabid capitalism and capitalists suck. Yes, genocide sucks, and Biden, while light-years better than the orange fucktard, and every single republican enabler asshat, also sucks.
I’m just not sure that you’re living up to your full potential with these low-effort comments.
