And I think both Albon and Sainz said that Carlos would be most likely to be late for the national anthem.
RIP Eddie. Always enjoyed his commentary and unfiltered take on F1 as a whole. He was there with BBC when I first got into the sport.
Have you considered perineum sunning to tweak your T levels? Could slot it in at 2:00 and do it simultaneously while closing deals.

Oh wow, now that is a strong commitment. As if I needed anymore excuses to get their delicious ice creams lol.

Breaking records with that abysmal voter turnout ☹️.

Cool idea!
I was going to mention a few games to check out but they were all already mentioned, so I will suggest the one that wasn’t brought up, Star Crusader. Space combat game with a great story, fun game play, high replay value, and great voice acting for a game from 1994. And the ending blew my mind, still remember the moment and my shock to this day. I have my original CD and the jacket in a memorabilia box haha, one of only a handful of things I kept from those days.
Good find! They also have multiple shirt, sweatshirts and a mug.

Much appreciated. Going to get everything together this weekend and tackle it over the next few days. Thank you!!
rehydrate5503@lemmy.worldOPtoHome Improvement@lemmy.world•How to repair peeling on cabinets1·1 year agoOh good idea, I never considered that because of how thing the veneer/film is. Would standard wood glue do the trick you think?
rehydrate5503@lemmy.worldOPtoHome Improvement@lemmy.world•How to repair peeling on cabinets2·1 year agoI’ve never used an oil based primer, only the bullseye / shellac stuff. Not sure if it’s the same, but seems to seal well.
Nice thanks all, glad that my initial thoughts on repair seem to be on the right track. The cabinets are original and are over 35 years old at this point, so not the worst shape all things considered!
rehydrate5503@lemmy.worldOPtoHome Improvement@lemmy.world•How to repair peeling on cabinets2·1 year agoAh that’s a good tip. I’ll take a look if it’s available locally, it’s like that bondo stuff so probably. I think the wood filler I have is also outdoor grade, and would be covered by sealer/primer. Best to start with a solid layer first though!
Exactly this. I recently had my clothes washer break. Spent days researching the problem, taking the thing apart, figuring out the cause was the spindle on the back of the drum having a crack and eventually breaking. I eventually found a replacement part which had a slightly different part number but research showed it should be compatible. $400 for the part. $130 shipping, plus tax came out to just shy of $600. 2 week lead time to get the part, and no certainty I’d be able to put it all back together. Professional appliance repair wouldn’t have made financial sense either, I called around.
I ended up ordering a new one for $800 all in, saving many headaches. Had it two days later and was able to catch up on laundry.
