You can already do that with termux-proot and termux-x11

The bedrock licences are tied to other platforms (Google play, apple appstore, …) and are not tied to the game account. I can login with any account on bedrock (not like java)

You could dualboot with two efi partitions. That way one os does not touch anything from the other. You’d need two drives for that but a USB drive should also work (no guarantee, I am using two m.2 SSDs)
