Haha yes. Meanwhile Zelenskyy said victory for Ukraine is taking back Crimea, but they will keep changing the victory conditions.

That’s what liberals do, they try to control the narrative to try to control reality, because they are idealists. I’m glad to see most of the world rejecting their narrative, such as African countries. Then the liberals cry how the Chinese and Russians are “bribing” the Africans by building hospitals, schools and infrastructure. Yet they didn’t think of “bribing” African countries the same way, but continued trying to exploit them.

That and “Ukraine actually won, because Putin didn’t achieve his goal of conquering the whole Ukraine and genociding all Ukrainians, as he had planned to do.” Because we all know Putin controls a country of 140 million people using his mind powers, but he’s also sick and about to die from cancer.

There has to be cognitive dissonance. I really do believe the liberal media keeps people in a state of cognitive dissonance on purpose to prevent them from reasoning. And I don’t believe for a second that the liberal pundits and politicians actually believe what they are saying. They wouldn’t be where they are if they were that dumb.

Liberals (liberal establishment/media) have already started laying the groundwork for the upcoming narrative.

Ukraine lost because of Trump (despite the election taking place 7 months from now and despite the next president being inaugurated in January of next year).

And Ukraine lost because of “pro-Russian” elements in the EU, that is anti-NATO and anti-war people who don’t want to see taxpayer (working class) money be wasted on a corrupt country like Ukraine that never stood a chance anyway.

The narrative is that Ukraine was winning, that they could have won had it not been for the aforementioned people. Liberals/democrats blame Republicans for stopping the Ukraine aid (after 100+B sent) yet they don’t wonder how Biden and the MIC is able to greenlight billions to Israel without congress’ approval.

I hate liberals on an ideological level, but on a personal level I absolutely despise them, they disgust me. Them and their “We could have done ____, had it not been for ____.” Every time they get power they don’t know what to do with it, that’s why every time liberals “win” like WWI and after, fascists take power. That’s pretty much what happened in Ukraine during and after Euromaidan. Liberals know they are weak and pathetic, so they use fascists to do the things they know they can’t.

Can we stop calling things that aren’t viruses and bacteria “epidemic”? There is nothing in fentanyl itself that makes it spread. Just like we don’t have an anxiety or depression “epidemic”, but many people are anxious and depressed. Ascribing agency to things, removes agency from the people (agents) who actually spread/sell that stuff.

According to media reports, this includes a €100 billion war fund for Ukraine over the next five years.

Expect every current NATO country government to lose popularity while denouncing anti-war parties/policies as “Putinist” and “pro-Russia”. They’ll use that excuse to silence these voices, if not outright imprison people.

Europe is already passing legislation and setting the stage to “counter disinformation” and “Russian influence”. That’s how the liberals plan on maintaining their grip on power.

Actually, the F-117A was shot down in part because when its bomb bay doors were open it can be seen on radar, and Serbs knew where it was going to be flying because the bombers followed the same flight path on every run.

I never said Patriots can reliably shoot down kinzhals, I said that it is possible to get a lucky hit when the kinzhal is on its final approach to target, when it flies at subsonic speeds.

But Kinzhal isn’t a “real” hypersonic missile because it doesn’t maneuver and change trajectory while at hypersonic speeds. That’s why it is possible to intercept it at the last moment when it is on its way to the target.

I was also skeptical about their claims, but I am inclined to believe them because they say they shot down one a year ago. A situation where stars align, similar to Serbs shooting down a “stealth” F-117A in 1999 using a Soviet S-300 system.

Russia hasn’t used their whole arsenal in Ukraine, they haven’t used their “glide” hypersonic missiles, the ones that maneuver while hypersonic and can’t be intercepted by Western AA. Those are the ones that can reach EU capitals within 5 minutes to deliver a nuclear warhead.

Ukraine doesn’t have the know-how or logistics to maintain F-16s, hence the long waiting period. Any airfields in Ukraine with F-16s are likely to get struck and destroyed quickly by Russia.

It is a repeat of the Leopard, Challenger, Abrams tanks. The West postponed sending them as long as possible because they knew they’d get destroyed and wouldn’t live up to the hype. But boy did the hype feel good.

I’m guessing they’re negotiating for Poland to fix/maintain F-16s to then transport them back to Ukraine because no way will they actually take-off and land in Poland. They do the same with Leopard tanks and Caesar SPGs, they get shipped to the EU for repairs. I imagine Poland is being difficult about it because of the protests and the unpopularity of supporting Ukraine military among the Polish population, hence the delay.

All of these deals and arrangements happen behind closed doors.

It seems that a year ago they managed to shoot down one kinzhal missile. From my understanding, they shot it down in its “final approach”/maneuver to target stage, which happens at subsonic speed.

The actual hypersonic missiles can maneuver at hypersonic speeds, and Russia hasn’t used those in Ukraine yet.
