Never played avowed. But acknowledgeing the shortcomings and being honest? Based Yahtzee as always

How would you connect to your “server” when you don’t know it’s IP? With static IP or DNS or both?
Came here super late to ask: how? I played it and after discovering most of the things in game I couldn’t continue without guides (not good with puzzle games). I also don’t get attached to characters that can’t move with a few lines of dialog (no I’m not a psychopath, OneShot’s endings always give me mixed emotions for a few days). I’m not looking to argue I just want an answer
I use arch but I don’t take pride in it like a loser. What makes arch even slightly “superior” tho? The installation? Pfft despite having installed arch many times in the past 4 years I still have to pull up a video tutorial because I usually forget steps. Want to truly feel superior? Go make a big contribution to open source or use LFS as daily driver
When I was playing Rain World a few months ago I wasn’t expecting for it to become one of my all time favorites. Just moments ago I also expected downpour to be Rain World’s only DLC. Video Cult never fails to subvert my expectations.
You can use window managers instead of DEs. While I prefer DEs because how much features they have you may not need these features
How is it faster? You mean every program runs faster or what?
This comment is how I learned about zram. Just one question, when is it used?
Looks beautiful. Hopefully it lives up to hyper light drfter
I use to be a Techo-Optimist 2 years ago. It used to look like they where the only or at least the most successful choice. But after a 2 hour critique video I realized how much I didn’t know. The problem wasn’t that I didn’t think, it was that I didn’t bother researching beyond a kurzgezugt video. Today I’m trying my best to back my opinions with research but I don’t know how to do that or where should I be looking for truthful answers
A delayed game/dlc is always better than crunch time (sacrificing your humanity and working 18h a day)
I’m relived to hear that you actually got the help you deserved because I was serious. I know how awful it feels to not be in control of yourself or your motivations and I don’t want anyone to experience it
I’m very glad that you’re liking it so far. The tips you see at the bottom left of the world loading screens are actually very helpful so don’t miss them
I’m currently playing a modpack called Divine Journey 2 which I started back in the middle of October. 280 hours in and still in chapter 11 of the quest book (30 chapters in total) and it’s still addictive and enjoyable.
In case someone would like to know: I took this screenshot from the leaf blower revolution’s steam page
I have both VLC and MPV and VLC used to take 0.5 second to seek forward while MPV being completely seamless. But I just tested again today and VLC has become seamless too with very minor differences. idk what changed
Edit: to answer your question I can’t say much other than preferences. I like MPV because it’s minimal, but VLC is good too
Your view on this franchise is very surface level
