Because they’re convinced it’s true. Given that billions of people in the world ( I strongly expect it’s the majority) would claim to be religious - perhaps the better question is: “why does anyone not believe in religion?”

There is a significant difference, but, in my limited experience, many people are religious, but don’t actually believe, but they think they do believe. When the rubber hits the road you find it what a person actually thinks is true.
Also from the UK and I am, apparently, a normie, basic guy - ketchup all the way.
Pretty sure the story isn’t that he let them kill him just to respect their freedom and significance…
I’m a Brit and I strongly agree with OP. Summer gets too hot and sticky - often even on grey days. It’s not been too bad this year so far, but there’s still plenty to come…
You’re quite right - I should crack my way into my own little niche.
Honestly - even seeing one of their square poos would be quite a thing!
Seeing a Wombat in the wild is a dream of mine.
If I was in Australia I’d be so excited to see wombats. Is also be scared of seeing spiders…
IANAL, but I doubt it. While I think it probably follows the spirit of the law, it’s unlikely to meet the actual law itself - which is what counts.
Of course, you don’t mention what country you’re from - which could make all the difference…
Initially I was just curious and I’ve always loved playing with new (to me) tech. Then I began to really appreciate various things about it - not least the high configurability. As I learnt about OSS I began to also appreciate that success of things as well.
Both Ten and Nevermind are, for me at least, perfect albums. In fact, Ten is the first one I thought of when I read the thread title.
When it comes to soundtracks, Moriconne’s “The Mission” is also an example of perfection for me.
Of course, in most modern cars it’s called the automatic box.
I do now - hopefully it’ll make a difference.
yes - sorry. It’s Arch. I’m also running in Hyprland - which you may be able to tell from the title, but I forgot to mention it in the text.
Edit: I just checked and wl-clipboard is installed.
Apparently the installed version is: 1.0_beta14
My config is here
Best advice I could give her (I’m a guitarist not a keyboard player, but the basics of rhythm are the same) is to buy a metronome and practice with it.
I honestly think they’re different enough that the comparison becomes unfair. I enjoyed both, but there’s only a superficial amount in common.
Except Bautista is actually a very good actor and, for all I enjoyed a lot of Arnie’s films, Schwarzenegger is not.
Apparently I should live in Denver - no idea if that’s actually good though.
What I need is one of these for places worldwide…
