I reread this book recently and found it much less profound than my first read. I know people like to really harp about this book but it’s not really that useful with what we know about reality today.

Reminder that “national boundaries with mercator projection” maps are, while on the surface interesting, on a meaningful enough level are less useful due to sheer degree of variance.
