Interesting that the District 9 director is involved with the parent company.
I thought Game Informer had some cool stuff. I really liked the second opinion on reviews, that tiny box inside the full review. It was fun to pick a side when they were at odds.
I wish it had a solution for text channels and image sharing. Even if it meant paying for a server. My friends wouldn’t use it without.
I am trying Floorp as of yesterday. I like Zen Browser, but their github contributers list makes it look like it’s mostly the effort of one person and that always gives me pause until somethings been around a while. Floorp seemed more spread out so I decided to try it despite its silly name.
I’m interested in how ladybird shapes up.
Worth noting that you may have DRM issues on some forks with video content. I don’t think you will on Linux, and someone clear this if you can, but I think the alternate used can’t do 4k video? I’m not a big web media consumer so idk. Has something to do with Widevine I think.
I think the visuals have a lot of charm. I kind of love these smaller games where I don’t feel like I have some big commitment if I go in.
Thanks for the share. I’ll check out the demo for sure.
I guess its worth a try. The only downside is I think each time I try I need to download the 70ishgb game. I will give bottles a shot.
Battlenet has it. I’m not sure why, maybe it is a sign of things to come for Microsoft? I couldn’t very well try the Microsoft Store as it has 0 compatibility with linux.
Have any Linux users had luck getting it to work through Battlenet? I still got a few months left on my three years of Xbox membership. I got battlenet running through Steam and got it to install the game, but it reports a problem updating when trying to launch.
I’m getting conflicting messages.
Now do the MSI Tomahawk and work your way up to the G.Skill Sniper.
…will launch on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC this August. More specifically, it hits PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC (via Steam) on August 1. …
Reminds me of when we had to grade each other’s homework as a kid. Minimum word counts.
Does Criminal Intent hold up pretty well? I remember loving it.
I never got to play the original, but I remember it had more character in its trailers.
Roblox is kind of yucky to begin with. Don’t they use kids to make content and then give them an awful portion of proceeds?
I’m not saying this is a good thing, I’m just saying I thought everyone already knew this with Steam.
I’m surprised to see Jason. The Dead By Daylight guys said they wouldn’t touch him because the legal spaghetti it is. Apparently different people own different versions of him and each can only acknowledge some story elements.
You can grind for great rewards but they also are encouraging easy endeavors for a lot of points and any content is giving the 100% XP bonus which makes even questing feel nicer. There is a grind if you want true flame or one of the other 4 this-time-only items but that’s some people’s enjoyment.
The only ball dropping imo is the PTS debacle but they are giving the affected all the items, like a years endeavors, and a ton of other stuff that seems fair to me.
I think it can be hard for someone if they always feel the need to maximize anything they do, they probably just grind the whole time to earn millions of gold. I did a few grinds to get the loot high but doing dailies I had not tried yet has been fun since I get the 100%xp and an extra loot box for each.
Obviously just my experience though.
I like the idea, but the execution looks cheap. I’m more open to middle earth games without fighting than with though so I won’t lament the IP yet. It often feels hamfisted to force it into the slashy-casty box.
When it centers it there it often is delayed. So I will drag my mouse to my second window, usually Firefox, and it will suddenly jump centered to the game.
Are you offering yours up? I would be very interested if you are.
