I don’t hate it but it does occasionally feel like a burden. As in knowing that I could solve a problem that people are struggling with and whether it’s ethical to not help because I don’t feel like it.
Hating “knowing stuff” seems bizarre to me though. There’s so many interesting things in our world - wanting to know less sounds awful. Like opting into a lobotomy.
So far I’ve mostly just aged. I’d like to be a good dad to my upcoming child.
I should probably add that I don’t have a relevant degree and I’ve since been promoted, so it can go okay!

I can’t decide whether they’re awful or just saying awful things to pander to the awful bits of the electorate. Both are terrible but they’re different flavours of evil.

I believe it showed the map screen. The functionality worked over a network so it didn’t even have to be dual monitors on the same machine!

I definitely didn’t ignore the bee that got me in the cartilidge around my ear where my glasses sit. Hurt for bloody ages!
That’s why I buy 'em. All other personal laptops I’ve had over the years don’t make it past the two year mark but I’ve been really impressed by Macbooks. I expect there’s probably some amazing Linux machines with similar hardiness but I’ve not had reason to roll the dice on that front.
Each step becomes easier.
