He wants his art to be experienced a certain way. That way is in a theater with the best sound tech. I agree it’s horrible, but I don’t think it will stop.

You can have both a heat pump and a normal gas furnace. They aren’t even that expensive. If you have a high heating bill, it could pay itself off in a few years.
