Interesting! I’ve always sort of thought that my enjoyment of dnd was due to playing with players I know, you’ve got that 100% buy in… But I guess nerds are everywhere on the internet and it would be the same with a group from a forum! Hmmm… Do I take the plunge?
Follow up: has anyone had any great success? I applied for one game, we had one session and DM bailed. Been reluctant to try again since.
I’m borderline obsessed with it, it’s very fun and so far all the cooperators I’ve encountered have been super helpful, not trolls, and interested in doing as many objectives as possible - a refreshing online experience
