I come back to listen to this one every once in a while, especially when I’m feeling particularly down about my life or the state of society in general. It really helps put things in perspective for me, and I honestly can’t listen to it without tearing up. Such powerful words.
AOC is a breath of fresh air in the extreme right political climate of the US, but calling her “radical left” is just hilarious. She’s slightly left of centre at best.

Thanks for making me remember these. I read Ender’s Game as a teenager and loved it, but Speaker for the Dead really stuck with me, and it may be a bit hyperbolic to say, but I really feel like it had a huge impact on my perspective on life.

+1 for this. I read the series years ago, and absolutely loved it. I really don’t see it talked about much though.
