A day of breathing at 5 cents per breath is worth about 4000 steps a day at 25 cents per step.
Then I’m better off taking the $0.25 per step
About $1000 a day breathing and $500 a mile walking. I’ll take 5¢ a breath. If you get hurt and can’t walk, you’re out steps money.
Plus you breathe more while you’re exercising anyways
