Due to a pituitary issue when I was younger I have maybe a bizarre world record of the smallest feet and hands on a fully grown man. My feet and hands are normal looking but very small. They were tiny as a baby and just never grew that big. Thought you all would find it interesting - I know it makes for good chat at parties!
Don’t worry, variation in a population is expected. Even if you’re an outlier, that doesn’t make you weird!
JAAAAAMES Baxter!
Op does this cause issues like foot pain or anything like that?

Im 6’1 and size 14. I hate buying shoes lol.
For international readers, that’s a size 2 in UK/Australia, and approximately a size 33.5 - 34 European.
Apparently it’s also roughly a 210 - 215 mondopoint length.
34? That’s child sized feet?
Also a body height of 1.85m, to make the conversion of units complete
Thanks for the conversion guys.
You want some of mine? I’m a size 12 and it’s hard to find shoes in 12. Most places carry a smaller selection, so I can usually find shoes, just not shoes I want.
I’m always yelling out “who are these men with tiny feet!?” In frustration while shopping. I’m 5,11” but wear size 12. The worst part is I didn’t realize I was a comfortable 12 until well into adulthood. I used to buy 11 and thought they were supposed to be snug, my feet hurt a lot. I bought a pair of 12 high top adidas and my feet feel so much better
I’m size 14… yeah
Even worse. I wear size 12 and a half. Surprise! They don’t make half sizes after 12… So, either swimming in a 13, or super snug in a 12.
Get good thick insoles maybe? Extra padding and will help make a 13 fit better
I feel your pain! A couple of sneaker makers have 12.5.
That is indeed mildly interesting
I thought you might think so!
Uhh… so who’s going to ask…?
OK, I will:
OP, how big are your nipples?
Pretty average bro
Nice. Me and you bud, in the average nipple club.
PENIS.
Penis penis penis penis penis.
Penis.
I could be in the average penis club as well. Luckily I have ridiculously small hands so by comparison I’m Ron Jeremy.
How big is your penis.
Well… OP…?
About 6" so pretty normal I think
That’s a fairly standard girth, how about length?
“about a foot”
A size 3 foot
That’s the joke I was going for - didn’t seem to land, unfortunately.
Real question: any issues standing up and keeping your balance?
My calf muscles and foot muscles have grown larger I think to compensate and keep me relatively balanced, but I’m still a klutz and trip all the time. Can easily lose my footing if I’m shoved in a crowd for example. But yeah for the most part can walk and run fine.
It’s brilliant how that body works.
Do your smaller-than-average feet have any appreciable effect on your mobility? If not, I have to wonder why we need these clown-ass feet at all. Waste of meat and leather.
No not significantly. Obviously I’ve always secretly wondered this as well. I could not imagine walking around in size 7s…let alone size 10s or size 13s! That just seems like so much foot to me. I feel like I’d be stubbing my toes all over the place and they’d be so heavy as well. Saying this, I know that no one could possibly understand this as I’m the odd one out here…but yeah, to me everyone has absolutely (too?) massive feet.
My partner has size 15-16 feet, depending on the shoe manufacturer. Can confirm, he smacks his toes and feet into things all the time.
How do you find shoes? I imagine there’s not a whole lot of selection of adult shoes at that size.
Mostly online. Women’s sizes are all too big so can only wear kid’s sizes. The trick is finding something without Velcro and superheroes all over it (though I have a cool pair of Optimus Prime sandals just because I can). Converse and Vans are reliable.
Running shoes and dress shoes are particularly frustrating though. Sneakers in a size 3 are not designed for the wear and tear a 6’1" man is going to put them through so I’m buying a new pair every few months. Dress shoes as well are hard to find in designs that don’t look like clunky Communion shoes.
As a 6’3” guy with size 16 feet, I have arrived at the same conclusion over here at the opposite end of the bell curve. Love my Converse and Vans.
Where are you getting converse that size? I’m size 15 and the website doesn’t seem to offer it, never seen it in stores.
Found mine online. Usually it’s only two or three styles that go that high. You have to dig. Vans I found at a Vans store in a mall. It’s always a crapshoot, maybe one time in ten they’ll have anything. I always walk in whenever I’m there and just ask “what’s the biggest size you have available in store?” Usually 13 is the limit. Occasionally I find something worth buying. Usually it’s the most plain and boring shoe you can imagine, but last time I found something I actually liked.
I have yet to find a shoe I liked since I was fully grown. Guess I’ll look harder.
I can fit into a 14w and suffer a bit, so theres one shoe still at Walmart that’s my default, but its a full on “this is what old men wear” style, pretty tired of it.
Read through the comments because I just assumed this was some sizing scale I wasn’t familiar with, but nope. US size 3! That’s wild. I’m 6’3, size 13 wide. I never really got to wear kids shoes, so I was always jealous of the other kids who had wheelies and stuff.
Dude, for me, get a pair of wheelies. Live my dream for a day, alright?
Also, you mention your hands are also small. Does that cause any issues for you? Youve answered a million questions about your feet, but I’m curious if your smaller hands cause you pain when carrying things, do they make it harder to type? Any advantages? Are Pringles cans much more enjoyable for you?
Thanks for the thoughtful comment. I’ll definitely wear some wheelies for you bro. Have to admit I’m pretty jealous of your size 13 wides…I wish I could get a decent pair of adult running shoes like you could I’m sure. So with my hands I’ve found playing some instruments quite difficult - especially guitar where I’ve struggled to play some chords and needed to get a 3/4 size guitar. Hand shakes are also awkward - both men’s and women’s hands can kind of dwarf my own. But yes, I guess the benefit is that my hands are much more nimble - I can easily reach things under the fridge and am pretty handy despite my handlets.
Have you considered shopping women’s running shoes? There are many gender neutral color schemes among various brands (Brooks, Nike) that are available in a women’s size 5.
Adult heelys exist, friend. Don’t let your dreams be dreams.
Edit: Just found out that there are adult heelys that also light up. First bright point of this year discovered.
Size 3 US? That’s tiny!
Yes size 3 US. Another angle:
Compared to my friend’s size 10 the difference is quite dramatic
I wasn’t going to ask for shoeless foot pics because that feels weird, but thanks for doing so. Curiosity sated.
My brain keeps telling me it’s some kind of forced perspective, seeing how your foot looks normal and the shoe abnormally big.
That’s definitely how the world seems to me…everyone is Bigfoot! I do have more photos of size differences of course but I don’t want to subject you all to more photos of my deformed feet.
The pics with the shoes on, they really don’t look noticeable. But yeah that one you could definitely tell. Also, your hands don’t look small at all. Compared to your body they really look proportional. And this is very interesting, not mildly! I wouldn’t mind seeing more pictures, and I’m sure people wouldn’t as well, as long as you’re ok sharing.
Thanks! This is a shot just on a ferry - this guy was shorter than me I think maybe size 11 feet?
And my feet from the side in size 9 shoes
Compared to a random print in the snow…
And my foot measured…
